have been doing business with this branch of Scotia bank for over 25 years...While some branches are rather complacent and dont care a great deal Westmount are the opposite of that, they are ALWAYS CARING for thier customers first time out or long term customers, whether they have lots of money or maintain only a small balance. The electronic fingerprinting was very fast and I received an email confirmation that my fingerprints had been accepted by the Ottawa RCMP the same day. 2 weeks later CIC received my Certified Record in the mail and all was well. The fee I paid was lower than other firms. I was booked in the same day and everything was done in about 15 minutes. The people were very friendly and helpful and they explained everything along the way. I highly recommend this company and they have free parking!
