When my Bosch dishwasher failed to drain, I called a couple of top-rated appliance dealers—and all I got were voice mails telling me to leave my name and number. The next day, one of them called back, but in the meantime, I called Rudy’s Appliance Repair and got right through to a person. He told me they would be there the next day between 10 and 10:15 a.m. and sure enough they turned then. Within 5 minutes they had fixed the problem, a clogged drain. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

Help me out with new front tires for my motorhome in an hour after I had broken a belt and wobbled into their shop. Went above and beyond the expectations of a traveller. Even pointed me in the right direction for a/c service in town. Great service with friendly attitudes.

Norm was not only efficient and professional but also kind. We expected the worst cost-wise but it turned out to be very reasonable. We have him in our contacts and wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for his services.

When I get bad service I let the company know it. When I get good service I let everyone know it. Had my bi-annual Tire swap done and the job was done quickly and right on schedule for one vehicle and quickly and earlier then my scheduled appointment on my second vehicle. Brianna the service counter attendant was both courteous and helpful. All companies need more people like her manning the customer service front lines. Well done guys and girl.

You have to keep telling your self its not a chain its not a chain . The fish is fresh and there is plenty of it . They offer the opportunity to add an extra piece of fish . The servers are fast friendly and efficient . I have become a regular there

I have never been disappointed by Ron’s shop. On multiple occasions I have called with concerns about my car and family member cars and he was very prompt on taking a look. Wonderful experience at the auto repair on Dec 12, 2024, was passing through from out of town, had an electrical glitch in new 2024 Chevy Suburban tire sensor. They got me in earlier than I expected (given my predicament perhaps?), regardless, got me in 1 and 1/2 hr early, and, on the road again in 1/2 hr. Faulty tire pressure sensor! Great Work guys, human compassion exists!!

After several tries at different shops on Jan 30 2018, Mark at the Canadian Tire was willing to help me with the company sprinter. The truck had a no start issue. He helped me get the truck towed to his shop where Mark and his team of auto pros went at it and got the truck back in running shape. They also allowed me to park the truck in their shop over the night. Just to be sure it would run in the morn. A great service dept and they went above the call to help me out. Now that’s service
