We have known John @ Bell Disposal for about 20 years. We found him to be trustworthy, honest and dedicated to his profession. We own and operate a small family tree company and have chipped Christmas trees two days each year for the Canadian Cancer Society these past 20 years. John and his employees have always been there for us to collect trees and donations for this worthy cause. I was very happy with the quality of work and customer service from Boyd Autobody on W 73rd. I was given free estimates from friendly staff who were willing to help me out as I did not have glass coverage on my insurance. Fred gave me a great deal within my budget and was just as friendly in person, along with the other staff members. My windshield was replaced within a few hours and they even washed and vaccumed my car! The cabin noise has been reduced significantly in my 16-year old vehicle and of course, the windshield is flawless. I would definitely recommend them!

these guys know what they're doing. I left my Volvo SUV with malfunctioning tranny and they fixed it in three days.
they even stood up for my when Global Warranty didn't want to pay for repairs first but agreed to pay after shop explained to them what happened to the tranny.
will deal with them again in a heartbeat!

I just picked up my first ever carbon frame road bike from BSP in North Vancouver. Not only am I wonderfully impressed with the bike (a Trek Domane) but I am ridiculously impressed by the quality of the customer care I received from the moment I walked in the door.
The techie that took care of me the most (Simon) was warm, encouraging, supportive, very knowledgable - and relentlessly asked questions to make sure we found the right bike for me. From the earliest visits - right through to test riding the shortlisted models, I could not have asked for better client care.
On buying a computer and some other bits and bobs, James (store manager) was again, utterly obsessive about making sure I got the kit that was best suited for the type of riding I was planning to do. With the help I received from the other fellows in the store, I can give five big, yellow, shiny stars to BSP in North Van. If I could, I'd give them six - and I would say I am typically a very fussy customer.

Bin There is so EASY to deal with. Their service is great.
We are doing a major renovation on our home and have needed 5 bins so far. At first we ordered from another bin company that we thought was "cheaper" and had nothing but problems- extra charges, hidden fee's and the bins did not arrive when we needed them-sometimes days late.
We called BIN THERE. Kevin was great to deal with and our bins arrived on time. All fees and information was communicated up front in an email we received confirming our order and thanking us. Also, the environment is important to us so we were very happy to learn that BIN THERE takes most of the debris to recyclers...rather than the land fill.
I would definitely recommend BIN THERE!
