I am in the Canadian Armed Forces (outside the province) and visit Richmond, ON two to three times per year to spend my leave with my parents. I have rented solely from this company since my parents moved here from Niagara Falls. They have always had a vehicle available, picked me up and dropped me off at my parents home each trip, a lot of times without a reservation. While I ended up buying a different car from another dealer, I was very impressed by just how accommodating the salesman (Matt) and the used car Mgr (Rachad) were while we spent 2 days trying to determine if a hybrid was right for us. They allowed us to take the car over the weekend to really put it to the test. The follow up discussion & negotiation was no hassle/no stress. Other aspects were positive enough too that I would not hesitate to recommend or re-visit them next car shopping time.

J’ai acheté deux véhicules chez Hyundai Gatineau au cour des deux dernières années. J’ai toujours eu un excellent service auprès des vendeurs, de la direction et du service. Je ne peux en dire autant d’une autre concession Hyundai de la région, mais je recommande Hyundai Gatineau.

Our summer tires were stolen out of one of their storage bins – my husband wasn't informed until AFTER he had waited in the service waiting room for over an hour. We live in downtown Ottawa so driving out there is a bit out of our way. They called us at 8AM the next day to say they found new tires for us, and then accommodated my husband right away when he drove out there for 11AM. The tires were installed, our winter tires stored, and they waived all of the fees, so it didn't cost us anything.
