I was a senior female, from Canada, travelling alone when I had a flat tire and rim damage due to a pothole while visiting in Queenstown. Lin went out of his way to help me and get me on my way with only one extra day in Queenstown. Replacement parts are not quickly sourced in Queenstown and Lin found an alternative repair solution for me to avoid having to spend three extra nights in town. Best place in the region. Works on all makes and models. Staff are involved in talking to customers and the owner always tries to ensure the right things are done. First time Ive ever felt like I didnt get the shaft at a garage. I have sent my family and friends who all say the same thing. They even offered me food one day while I was waiting!

I went to Rays tire on Friday and I never expected a tire service so fast. Very polite family owned business. I will definitely be going back for my winter tires!

I needed a tire repair last week and had heard from a friend that Ride On Tire was a good, reasonably priced service center. I decided to give them a try and am very happy I did!! I received fast excellent service and the price was a lot less than I've paid else where for a tire repair!! I need new summer tires this year and will definitely be going back to see my new friend Rick at Ride On Tire!! Thanks guys!!
