ATB is a very good bank in my experience with banks in Alberta. They provide outstanding customer service. Recently had a complicated issue with ongoing mortgage and Solomon Oliver Kousha along with his manager have been able to resolve the issue I was dealing with and that was a great relief to me. I prefer having ATB as my main bank as opposed to other major banks. They really care about their customers. Thank you.

Although, yes, this bank is a trust which it was an amalgamation, and had at least one teller. The other actual branch locations are very far away from me and highly inconvenient for me as I do not have a car.
