Our party of 4 wanted to book a Grand Circle Tour on the Rocky Mountaineer Railroad. We were recommended to contact Tom Ockelton of Rocky Mountain Holidays from a previous traveler. One usually does not go to a hospital to be entertained. Couple of days ago I had hernia surgery. Met everyone involved on a first name basis and shared quite a few laughs. The Surgeon, Dr Kanji, greeted me like I was his long lost friend. OR staff, awesome but lights out. In recovery Armand (SN) excellent funny and courteous. I would love to write more space will not allow. RIH should be proud to have all of you on their staff. You are caring with only the patients best interest at heart. Thank
