I have been going here since the end of the 1980s and I have always been treated fairly and like family. The service department and sales are excellent and never try to sell you something that is not needed. Honesty, integrity and a well running vehicle is what they are all about. I recently had most of my floors replaced by Provincial Floorcraft. They were helpful, patient, accommodating, and generous with their samples as I spent a long time choosing the right floor. The installers were wonderful--friendly, no complaints about moving large furniture, asked my opinion on floor placement, professional and perfectionist about their work. A very positive experience, and I would recommend them highly!

I bought a pellet stove from these folks about 10 years ago. Happy to say that it still runs like a charm and I use it a lot - basically 24 hours a day for about 6 months of the year. Other that a few gaskets and a sensor that needed replacing I have not had any major issues with my stove. On the rare occasions when I needed some maintenance advice I spoke with one of their technicians (Marvin I think) and he was very helpful. Really cannot say enough about the product and the service.
