They have great inventory and great selection. The staff help you very well in your selection. The price is fair. It's not low but it's comparable to average prices that you might even encounter in US (which is pretty impressive). Bought a chair that cost more than thousand dollars but the price was compatible with every other retailer I checked. In BC it was the lowest. They also deal well with returns and exchanges. Sales need to be more subjective.

We are very satisficed with the professionalism and the work done by VCRS team.
The server in our Vancouver Downtown law office went down after a power outage and couldn't boot.
A call to VCRS computer support and their techs showed-up onsite two hours later.
They worked on restoring the server past our office working hours.

Always courteous, always willing to closely listen and add remarks that fit the situation, and even told me there was no problems with my car when I went there for a tuneup. I took my vehicle to Crompton’s for a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle I was planning to purchase. After their findings I was given a full print out of everything and was gone through everything in detail by Gopi, the Manager at Crompton’s. He explained everything to me and after purchasing the vehicle I took it back and got Crompton’s to fix the issues they found.
After scheduling my appointment over the phone, I dropped off the vehicle after hours and dropped the key in their secure key
