The owner and operator is super friendly and social. She treats every customer with special care and makes sure they are happy. The owner said she is also an artist and that her job is not just to cut hair buit to design hair so that the customer is more beautiful and happier than before. She said this is what hair design means.

Dr. Huynh is not only a great dentist, but an even better person. Personally follows up with phone calls after major procedures and is incredible personable while you're in the office. You don't feel like just another person in the chair and you can tell he and his staff truly care about the patients. The entire staff is amazing and friendly, making the whole experience of "the dentist" as easy as can be. I should've switched dentists to him YEARS ago! Thank you!

We recently put an offer on a house in Sidney, BC, but had some concerns about the perimeter drainage. Ron came out on short notice, and very quickly spotted several problems with the drainage. Got a call from them stating that my warranty was about to expire and as a service they provide, they would send my hearing aids to the manufacturer to get a full service! I got them back in about 10 days and Allison retested me and ensured they were set up correctly for my current hearing ability. Excellent service! Highly recommended!

The attention to detail and the client care provided by the Dave and his crew was excellent. So professional and friendly that it prompts this, my first ever review of a service. While needing asbestos removal is a giant pain they made it the best possible experience and left the site in a clean and safe condition. They adjusted the work scope as needed and kept me informed at every turn. I'd 100% use them again.
