Got a call from them stating that my warranty was about to expire and as a service they provide, they would send my hearing aids to the manufacturer to get a full service! I got them back in about 10 days and Allison retested me and ensured they were set up correctly for my current hearing ability. Excellent service! Highly recommended!

The owner and operator is super friendly and social. She treats every customer with special care and makes sure they are happy. The owner said she is also an artist and that her job is not just to cut hair buit to design hair so that the customer is more beautiful and happier than before. She said this is what hair design means.

We recently put an offer on a house in Sidney, BC, but had some concerns about the perimeter drainage. Ron came out on short notice, and very quickly spotted several problems with the drainage. Wanting a pedicure, facial, otherwise and wondering where to go. Well you can stop looking. Cocoon Day Spa is clean, prices reasonable, treatments consistent, and a quality product line. I’ve been visiting Lanie and her staff at Cocoon for many years and always leave happy and looking forward to my next visit. Today I’m admiring the awesome job she did on my feet and my only regret is no one else will enjoy the view but me as it’s no longer sandal weather.

I loved the food! The cabbage rolls and pierogies were just like I remember my grandmother making. A plus! The interior and atmosphere were also a nice surprise - very upscale and oozing the euro vibe! Can't wait to go back!

Neil and the other's are honest, very caring and compassionate. I have found them to be very helpful when I have any questions or concerns and they are up to date with Transit regulations for scooters & power chairs. I have bought 2 machines from them in the last several years and will buy from them in future.
