Bought my first battery and tank setup and juices from them. The tank had a defective coil that was plugged to start and they replaced it free. Very helpful informative employees and friendly as well. Highly reccomend their services i might have saved a few dollars buying parts online but im so happy i decided to go through them instead.

HWT was replaced yesterday (Dec 15) by a great technician named Paul. He was courteous, friendly, professional and tidy. He answered all my questions and made a suggestion for a future repair which I will have completed by Balcean & Sons. Thanks Paul!!
It's been 15 years since my original HWT was installed by Balcean (yes, Oct 2005...I have the receipt) and the quality of work and customer service is still the same...TOP NOTCH!

My experiences with Crescentwood Electric were entirely positive. Both general upgrading work and installing a whole new service, eliminating knob and tube, were completed as estimated and to high quality,from job estimation to city inspection.
