I have only ever eaten in because I don't live anywhere near the restaurant. The atmosphere is nothing to rave about, but the food is awesome! The batter is light and crispy, and the fish is always plentiful.

Perfect place for lunch. Eat there quite regularly, and am always satisfied. Daily specials are delicious and the chicken wraps are to die for. Great for the right price.

We have come every year in December from Hamilton to Simcoe to see the Christmas lights. We stop at the Barrel Restaurant first, and it is a highlight of our trip: excellent food, excellent atmosphere. There is a very large menu, so I know people can order what they want and sometimes get something different from what they want. Suffice to say that I find the Penne Capri on par with meals served in Italy, and my husband and in-laws refuse to order anything other than the lasagna because they enjoy it so much every time. Good work once again!

My husband and I are from Georgia , our 2015 Impala engine light came on and of course we panicked being here in Canada. We went to the dealer on Upper James and was truly impressed at the fast service and the incredibly knowledgeable wonderful woman at the desk. She gave us directions to places to eat nearby while the car was being serviced asking if we needed a shuttle, also offered us coffee or tea . My husband asked questions which she quickly responded with kindness and actual concern. ty

Great selection of shoes for the ENTIRE family! The staff were extremely helpful and amazing with my kids. I also love the BOGO sale in August to get all the back to school shoes for the kids (indoor and outdoor shoes for them can add up but one pair at 50% off is huge with 3 kids!). I was also impressed with the ladies fashion selection with trending brands such as Michael Kors, Steve Madden, Ellen Degeneres and Fit Flop. A woman named Lee helped us and she was great!

There is not enough room to Thank Rocco from Hardwood plus for his invaluable advice and direction in our hardwood floor purchase. We were able to purchase the most beautiful floors and cannot thank Rocco enough. Just had a new AC unit installed by Lougheed and I am extremely happy. Brad came to my home for a consultation and within a day I had a new AC unit installed. Everyone was extremely professional including Michelle in the office. I would recommend Lougheed to anyone!!

The pharmacist working today was the most amazing man! I can not be grateful enough for his kindness. After being released from the hospital today we went to get my daughters antibiotics we went to 5 different drug stores all saying they didn’t have it due to the amount of time it takes to make/mix together! So thank you for taking the 30-45 out of your day to make the antibiotics my 1.5yr old needs!!!!
