As a mom with three little kids, I felt that becoming physically fit was impossible. I was struggling with anxiety one year postpartum and decided to give exercise a try. I was invited to a free Hot Mama class and that day changed my life. Within this incredible community, I have exercised consistently for almost a year and am feeling human again. Ashley encourages, builds up, teaches, challenges, and tells you to "find your reason". AND your kids get out and moving too! It's awesome!

My wife got stranded in Fort Saskatchewan with a flat tire. I called Integra Tire and they went out quickly and helped her get back on the road. I was surprised too at the low cost too for the road call. Thanks guys for the great services and help.

Sandy was top notch with her expertise of selling my senior Uncles home in Ft Saskatchewan. She had to deal with a few difficult tenants in the home and the problems were taken care of with ease.
