My wife and I were in the store last Saturday before thanksgiving. The lady working the store was by far the best at any customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. I brought a hard drive into London Drugs computer department for troubleshooting. Justin provided outstanding service. He spent a lot of time troubleshooting the drive to try to make it operational for me. In the process, he gave me a tutorial on Windows updates, computer drivers, and general computer components and operation. His explanations were clear and concise, and I left feeling more confident about managing my laptop. Ask for him if you need the tech department at London Drugs!

We lost the dust cover on one of our trailer wheel bearings on our way to Oliver from the Valley. We bought a cover from CT that we thought would fit, however after stopping at the Sami in Osoyoos we realized we had lost the cover again. We stopped at the Lordco and I explained our situation. One of the staff came out with a larger size and popped it on for us! We made it home safe and without losing any more covers! Really appreciate his help, especially with 3 kids tired after a long week!

These pharmacists are incredibly professional and helpful. They called my doctor to get permission for new compound formula so I didn’t have to wait a week for a component of the compound and they sent it to Dyck’s Pharmacy so I could get it filled that day. Really happy with their incredible knowledge and going the extra mile. I’ll be going there from now on as a result. I highly recommend.

Dr. Mostowy is wonderful surgeon with skill and personality who is also surrounded by a remarkable team of professionals. It didn’t hurt my odds that the operation this year took place at Kelowna General where a solid staff and infrastructure assisted with a successful outcome.

Have lived in West Kelowna for about 6 years but am recently discovering this absolute gem of a take-out restaurant on this side. Twice now have I visited Murray's Pizza and Pasta and each time received phenomenal food and service. On my maiden visit I wanted something unique and other than pizza or pasta. Murray's came through for me with a gyro wrap that tasted so authentic and delicious I nearly exploded from delight. The tzatziki sauce was some of the best I've ever tasted. Is it home made?
