I feel truly blessed to have grown up with the Banno family that owns and operates this shop. These guys have true integrity.
Never too busy to explain things in greater detail. On days like today when its -40°C and everyone has a broken car, they take time away from their lives and their families, working late, just to help make sure their friends and loyal customers are safe. And they do their due diligence to learn about your make and model of car, so you dont have any surprises.

Besides it being the most Coolest Barber Shop i have ever seen, they are very professional and very talented Hairstylists as well. My husband has never had such a Awesome haircut, and trust me i have been married to him for a long time and have witnessed some terrible haircuts. We own 3 vehicles and we've been taking them to Chinook Auto Service for almost 5 years now. We are very happy with their service and prices!! Also, every time we wanted to upgrade a vehicle we took it there for a pre-purchase inspection and that saved us a lot of headaches, as many people who sell vehicles are not always honest. Great Shop! I took my 1996 BMW 750il there after my drive belt got shredded. I was very impressed when I called because they are so knowledgeable. They had it looked at the very first day and let me know what needed to be done. The price was great and so was the service. I will take all of my cars there in the future and recommend them to all of my friends and family! If you have an older BMW or Benz take it here.

These guys are incredible!!!!! Very outgoing, Friendly I made me feel like an important customer even though I was just there to get a headlight changed. It has been a very long time since I’ve been to a business in which their customer service was outstanding. GREAT place with satisfactory service at a great PRICE! For these reasons, I always prefer and I also tell all my friends/colleagues to take their cars and trucks to the Classified auto. Whenever I had any problems with my 2 cars such as general maintenance and more critical problems with my Toyota Camry, they fix them quickly and I'm happy with the service. I was very impressed with the Automotive Service. I didn't have a car looked at, although they did look over a bicycle for us. They did not have to as this was not part of their jobs. I got a message saying that it was done and the mechanic did it for free. They could have taken advantage and put new parts from the store on and charged me, but they did not. Very impressed so far!!!! Thank you.
