My best friend and I have taken our vehicles to this shop for several years. It has always been as positive an experience as a car repair can be. They have always done exactly what I've asked, and have sometimes saved me money by doing a cheaper alternative repair to what I thought needed to be done. I recommend them.

We love going into and past this store to check out the great fixtures they have in place. Full of interesting bathtubs, sinks and fixtures this is the best place to plan your bathroom reno. The only thing is that they can be pricey but for the unique and high quality stuff they carry I figure that is the price you pay. My wife and I have already decided what we want but we're going to need a bigger bathroom! Ripples is a great place to start when looking for ideas for your kitchen and bathroom.

A Saturday afternoon, with frigid below 0C temps and high winds buffeting us when I see a leak in the exposed sewage line. Called Drain Pro, who sent us a plumber as soon as he could get here. Alex rooted out the line (massive root and frozen blockage!) within an hour and got all running smoothly. Whew!
And to top it all off, Alex was extremely friendly and tireless. Especially considering the far from comfortable conditions. Left us feeling safe and relieved! Drain Pro definitely will continue

Low cost garage helped me a great deal. They pushed my truck by hand for a block when I was in trouble from out of town . They quickly found the problem and fixed it in short order even though they had other work pending.Dharm and his men saved my bacon as I needed to get back to Nelson very helpful and professional shop

Great service from Dave and his Team , very trustworthy, friendly not pushy like other shops .. , communicates very well regarding my body work repairs. I’ve had all my vehicles including Lincoln Navs, , Mustangs , and all my Porsche body work done with Belmont. Will continue with future vehicles . The pic shows a finished repaired front end , sorry no before pics , was quite extensive

We have used this company for a number of years. They have been absolutely amazing from heating to plumbing to gas fitting issues. The staff is friendly and efficient and one time, even suggested a drain pan under our washer/dryer set and went to the trouble of building it custom for us. Can't say enough good about them! Absolutely fantastic service. The staff was knowledgeable, efficient, polite and respectful of our home and things. They removed our old oil furnace and replaced it with a new gas furnace in one day. Erin, in the office, walked me through the process to get the prequalification code for the FortisBC grant and even completed the forms for us...all we had to do was sign it and mail it. I highly recommend Norm's.

Soni is an honest mechanic and does amazing work! I am coming to him for all of my auto repairs, oil changes and everything from now on! I fixed 6 spark plugs, 3 coils and a valve cover gasket. I can say that he does not try to rip you off or scam you. He is honest and does amazing work! I would STRONGLY recommend him to everyone. Usually I don’t post reviews, but he saved me a lot of money and a lot of time. We need more honest and good people in this world.

I called Hillcrest Dec21 2017 to repair the pipe coming out of the wall to my bathroom sink the pipe had to be replaced it had rusted away.
Ian came in and repaired the problem it took approx. three hours he did an excellent job I was very happy with the work and the price was fair
