Amazing cars at great prices. Visited their shop about 2 days ago to look at a car I was interested in. Everyone else was either charging waaaay to much or had hidden damages they repaired themselves. These guys showed me eveything from carfax to even where they buy the car from and even what it looked like when they bought it. The team at this dealership had the car at the sweet spot that I couldn’t even haggle with them. Hands down the best dealership I’ve dealt with in a very long time.

Since mid-2017 until now - 7 years of Service Excellence from Bill P. (Service Manager) has motivated me to keep having our Mazda CX5 serviced here, eventhough it has been past its warranty. And although many automotive shops have been offering their low-cost services to our family.
And that's because Bill is the type of leader that foster great ties with his customers and colleagues. In fact I dare say, that many times I've felt the exact same treatment from him, as from my family members too.

Customer service on both the sales and service side were beyond expectations. The staff were knowledgeable and prompt with answers to the questions I had on purchasing a new vehicle and the service required. Dan was very informative about the vehicle I was purchasing and supportive throughout the process. The service side was exceptional as well. I've dealt with Remy in the past and all my service needs were met on time and if not a rental car was made available for any delays. Overall fantastic

just one word. I have now been with these guys for almost like 2 years when i first came to toronto.. HONEST.
You will see that for yourself. That is the number one reason for why I drive all the way from Mississauga to where these guys are located.
I even even argued with them once back for the price that they put up for a service item for which i was actually wrong i must acept. stupid of me. But these gys value their customers a lot.Never said anything negative.

Just bought a great BMW 528i from Downsview Place Auto Group. Low mileage, great price. They did the safety themselves at a little extra. And a 4-yr extended warranty. All my family shops from Bayautozone, they are a good place to get a low millage car like almost brand new, I got my beetle from here 8 years ago and had no problem, then I bought a SLK with 6000 kilometers, I still have I it and enjoy it much, I also use the service shop, they have the best tire selection for summer and winter, and good prices, thank you bay auto zone!
