Stengel is one of the best lawyers in my opinion, he really takes time to hear what you have to say. He tells you how he thinks it will go in court and is very honest and upfront. Excellent service. Recently had a potentially catastrophic issue with our engine. Dan, in service was extremely helpful and advocated along with the service manager Dave (?), to have it repaired through Kia as part of a goodwill gesture. It certainly did create goodwill between me and Waterloo Kia! The job was done quickly and efficiently and we couldn't be happier. Thanks!

As a new rider, I have never had a problem with this company. They have always been kind, courteous, knowledgable and shared their knowledge and experience with me. They did the 1st oil change and tightened everything up. Selling a bike on consignment, you will get more by selling privately.

Read the review on line and I found the complet opposite.It took half an hour ,they found a nail in the tire. They were very courteous ,fast and he even checked the treed on tires ,let me know I did not need tires as last person who worked on my tire recommended.Over all I will be back again when I need help.

I had a 10 am appointment to have the AC on my recently purchased Subaru Impreza checked out for only blowing warm air. The system needed to be recharged and a couple of o-rings needed to be replaced. It only took them an hour to do this and I was on my way. I was very pleased with the service
