Factory Direct Kitchens is located close to our home in Waterloo. Dana Ertel has helped us design our amazing kitchen. I didn't have to downgrade my expectations because I didn't have a huge budget. He was able to design our large kitchen with island and best of all they don't sub contract out their installation. I can't say enough Dana...I will continue to refer family and friends!

Despite prior complaints, Kelly at the Milton location explained why customers felt they did. She also took the time to return my engagement ring to the jeweler due to defects that I didn't see. I appreciated her honesty. She was extremely helpful.
Unfortunately, Kelly is moving to Orangeville (about an hour away), but I will still go to her for maintenance on the ring. Thanks so much, Kelly!

Excellent Renovation Experience - WOW!!! That is the best way I can describe my experience with Mike Interior Design Renovations. Mike and his crew were punctual, efficient, tidy and a pleasure to deal with. The job they did on my bathroom reno was way over and above my expectations. Mike's idea to mosaic a border of floor tile into my tub area was genius! It looks fabulous and really adds that special touch. My experience with the selection, quality and installation with our new quartz counter and backsplash has been nothing less than EXCEPTIONAL. The customer service provided by Christine and Annalisa was precise and personable. They were very helpful with the choice and design of the product and kept me informed at every step of the way. The installation team was precise, professional and efficient in all aspects.This is my 2nd project & would strongly recommend them to anyone!!

Their windows are of high quality, especially the Cardinal glass. The positive aspect of the glass is that the factory does not assemble their glass units, but purchases directly from Cardinal.
The overall assembly of the windows are good as well, especially Casements and Awning windows!

We had been looking for hardwood floors since 6 months and when it comes to our home my wife gets very selective.We saw this flyer and thought of checking it out.Pleasant sales reps and my wife chose a Maple floor that they had almost everuthing in stock and boom we have our floors in less than three weeks.2500 sq.ft floors done in 3 days and the installers were amazing.My wife is happy and so am I.Good job guys.

My recent customer service experience at Baroness was wonderful! I was told that they were under new management and could not have been more thrilled. The men were great and extremely helpful. The flowers were beautiful and they went the extra mile for me making sure I loved the flowers. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Yapps is a classy, professional and a enjoyful Salon. Donna, Mavis and all staff have always treated me with kindness and a pleasant experience. Donna's skills are with no doubt professional with my Natural hair. I started going to Donna (on Ottawa St.) in the 90s. I moved away, and early this November I called and returned to the salon like I never . Still very relaxing and Donna's touch is still a Blessing. This salon is the Best in the Hamilton/Ancaster to the Niagara region in my opinion ?

I am the proud owner of a gorgeous new ring and could not have had a better experience! What I loved most was that Roy listened to what I wanted and didn't play games with me about pricing or delivery.
