I placed an online order and of course ordered the incorrect size of primer. When the owner came to the door with the 1 L can and said you didn’t want this one did you? I felt deflated as I thought he was going to make me purchase that one, he simply said ‘no problem I’ll fix it right now,’ he went inside and came out with the proper one. He charged me the difference and I was on my way. I can tell you I have product sitting in my warehouse that I am not able to return to other big box stores.

I needed help with installing my remote replacement and they walked my through it step by step so I could do it myself and saved my a service call. That is what I call good customer service.

Keith really knows his stuff. I did 2 years of mechanical engineering after doing 20 years of farm equipment maintenance, but this guy knows ALL of the integrated mechanical parts and systems that are involved with automobiles, including diesels. Very talented and knowledgeable. He can fix ANYTHING, but some projects aren't worth fixing, and he is very honest about that. Some of us have emotional attachments to our vehicles, but Keith sometimes has to tell us to just let it go.

Our garage door didn't open and close properly. Called Mike and he stopped on his way home and fixed our minor problem. Great service. If we are ever in need of garage door or new opener I will certainly call Latch Doors.

The restaurant was recommended by a foodie friend...it takes a lot for me to be impressed by a Greek restaurant as I'm Greek and I compare restaurants to my cooking and especially my mom's (nothing will beat hers) but wow, this place certainly beats mine! This company far exceeded our expectations and simply made our day in moving my elderly in laws, both 95 years of age, such an easy and wonderful experience. Their home was lovingly moved and then set up so all they and we had to do was walk in and enjoy. Barbs expertise shone through as she worked with dedication and detail to see each time we requested to be moved was cleaned and displayed like it had been there for years. My in-laws were totally surprised when they walked in and just smiled.
