The owner and operator is super friendly and social. She treats every customer with special care and makes sure they are happy. The owner said she is also an artist and that her job is not just to cut hair buit to design hair so that the customer is more beautiful and happier than before. She said this is what hair design means.

Bill has been amazing to work with! He makes suggestions based on his experience and has been very helpful. He always makes sure I understand what is happening and am comfortable with the decisions we make together. While working together, there is constant communication. I loved the food! The cabbage rolls and pierogies were just like I remember my grandmother making. A plus! The interior and atmosphere were also a nice surprise - very upscale and oozing the euro vibe! Can't wait to go back!

Neil and the other's are honest, very caring and compassionate. I have found them to be very helpful when I have any questions or concerns and they are up to date with Transit regulations for scooters & power chairs. Wanting a pedicure, facial, otherwise and wondering where to go. Well you can stop looking. Cocoon Day Spa is clean, prices reasonable, treatments consistent, and a quality product line. I’ve been visiting Lanie and her staff at Cocoon for many years and always leave happy and looking forward to my next visit. Today I’m admiring the awesome job she did on my feet and my only regret is no one else will enjoy the view but me as it’s no longer sandal weather.
