I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

raj went over and above to help us find that loft in the city, he showed us many units, was patient with us. when it came time for the offer there were 4 other offers, Raj was calm and he got us the unit of our dreams.
