I had the chance to watch Courtenay Appliances and see their new customers leaving the showroom with beaming smiles, and recurring customers becoming life-long friends. Had a fantastic experience dealing with Willy's auto. Went to get a fender painted which was purchased by me at the dealership and they suggested I leave my car to get the paint to match up as close as possible. It was not done through insurance but they offered me a loaner car regardless. I picked up my car and fender the next day and after I installed it, I was amazed at the quality of work. The fender matched perfectly, even down to the glitter my car had which is called metallic paint. I was very impressed and recommend needing body work to check them out.

I just had them come out to repair 2 older coin washers.
They arrived at the appointed time, were very professional and found several different issues and repaired them all.
Parts were in the van, so both machines were back in service in 2 hours.
The costs were very fair and reasonable.

I’ve had my accounts there for over 40 years and have never experienced a mistake in my transactions unlike another institution that I will not mention. All banks and credit unions have reduced staffing and employee shuffling since covid 19 raised it’s ugly head. I have never had a hard time getting thru on the phone nor experienced rude staffing. Once or twice longer line ups, but no different than anywhere else. I have been looked after in a professional manner for many years.
