I've been to a couple different therapists at Everest Therapeutics and they are fantastic. Depending on the type of massage you need you can find what you need at Everest from deep tissue massage to cranial sacral. From sports massage to lymphatic drainage. Recently, I had a massage with Reshad Etminan, who has worked with the BC Lion's and Whitecaps. He is excellent at deep tissue/sports massage. The reception team is friendly and knowledgeable.... give them a call to find the right RMT for you

Fred Automotive gets my definite thumbs up for perservernce and integrity. They were recommended to me by another shop that had closed down and it proved to be a sound recommendation. Super professional and prompt service. They have a vast knowledge in a variety of automotive equipment. Just when I thought no one could fix it, they could! They’re also government certified and were able to provide equipment safety inspections for us. Larry always reminds us to send our A/C machine in for maintenance every 6 months so we don’t get caught without a machine in the busy summer months. Took my 3 grown kids for lunch today. Food was delicious- so fresh and the portions were huge! Service was great as usual. It was nice that due to Covid the restaurant was quieter. I realize I didn’t notice the voice calling out the orders over the intercom today. Maybe they have done away with that. I hope so. It was very loud and annoying especially if you sat under the speaker. 5 stars today.
