I find that they are very easy to work with, as others have said: nice guys. I have had 3 wheel alignments done on 3 different vehicles. The work is fast and reasonably priced. Will be going back even though it is on the other side of the city from me. As for the one bad review where the ABS sensor was broken - it happens all the time during brake/hub repair no matter how careful you are - I know, I have done it and unfortunately ABS sensors are expensive.

A couple years ago I stopped by Lou's to get a cost estimate to repair some minor paint damage to the rear of my car caused after backing into a steel cable. Other estimates I received were in the $2000 to $3000 range. Lou's thought the damage could mostly be "polished out" and immediately went ahead and tried that. Sure enough, that worked very well and I was more than satisfied with how it looked. It impressed me that they would find a way to repair the damage at a lower cost...right away.

never received better service in the face of a problem than I received at this Hitch Shop in N Calgary. Our family was heading out on a camping trip & stopped by near closing time with a problem on our hitch/trailer.
The guys (Peter and Terry?) went above & beyond to fix problem & did not hesitate doing all they could to get us back on road again.
Never seen 2 guys so sharp at diagnosing & fixing a technical problem. As efficient as a pit crew ! A big thank you to these guys who made our day

Baljit and his staff did some major work on my 1995 Avalon)-front and rear exhaust manifolds, y-pipe, flex pipes and catalytic converter, valve cover gaskets, intake manifold gaskets, front strut assemblies replacement w/ wheel alignment. I was able to source all of the parts, which drastically reduced the parts price. C3s labor was significantly less than other mechanics - and their work amongst the best I have seen, allowing my Avalon (with just less than 400k) to remain on the road!!! Al

I have been searching for a good, reliable mechanic here in Calgary for over 20 years after being mostly let down by shop after shop....... and I can finally say I have found them!!! If you want your car fixed correctly in a timely manner at prices that you can actually live with, then this is the shop for you. I trust Assad and his crew without reservation and will continue to ONLY use this shop to service every vehicle we own. Thanks guys, its so nice knowing you have my back!!! Sam
