Thanks for removing a sticky car dealership decal off our newly purchased 2022 pick up truck. You stated there was no charge for the heat gun application that took mere seconds to remove the item, and to show mutual deserved respect, I came back with one dozen donuts. I went to Kaltire today regarding a shakiness with my tires. I thought I just needed a torquing. Good thing the Service Manager Trevor checked thoroughly and discovered that the previous tire place (not Kaltire) hadn’t done a good job to the point my tires could have come off. He balanced and brushed off all the debris and tightened them for no charge. What fantastic service!! Every time I go to this location, I always great treated so well. Feel very grateful!
