After being totally unappreciated at CWB in the same complex, I went here to set up an account. I was dealing with a very pleasant and helpful lady (Annie) within 5 minutes. She took the time to ensure the accounts I started were exactly what I needed and understood. In and out in less than half an hour and felt like my business was appreciated.

One of Express Computers goes above and beyond the normal customer service limits. He has assisted me on many occasions to resolve computer problems I have had. They were really great. The staff members are very professional and knowledgeable, but also they had a really nice way of interacting with their clients. I called around to get quotes on fixing my laptop. Since I wanted to also get the laptop fixed locally, I asked if they would meet this rate that other BBB shops were charging. These guys agreed to match the price for me (another location refused and wanted to charge $50 higher than the BBB rate). Not only that but my laptop came back to me whisper quiet and totally cat hair free! Thanks! Wasn't expecting that. So appreciated!

Excellent knowledge and customer service. Just can’t say enough good about my Weber Summit purchase experience and the immediate response to hidden damage when the carton was opened at home. The damaged machine was replaced with a fully assembled and tested unit at my home within a few hours. While the damaged Sumimit was disappointing the real measure was how quickly the problem was solved and without question. I am very impressed. Thank you Natalia, Jamie, Brandon, John
