I took my laptop thinking it needed major repair. They were quick to diagnose it. They explained what the problem was and how to fix it. They gave me the option of used parts if I couldn't afford new parts. Their hourly rate is a lot cheaper than other places. They even charged me for only half an hour of labour even though it clearly took longer. I am more then satisfied with their service. I highly recommend you take your computer to them for repairs. They are very qualified techs

Ephrain is very knowledgeable & polite, accommodating wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to someone else! Contacted them to source out a power exchanger for my Roland keyboard from Europe and success I will be playing in no time :-) 5 stars from me.
