The nicest and most efficient pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with hands down! ALL of the staff are so courteous and actually smile when they talk to you! I know it sounds cliche’ but, they actually care about their customers, and I know they’re sincere!

Abram is an excellent Pharmasist. He goes above and beyond to care for your prescription needs. I have not had another Pharmasist that was so diligent you meet your Pharmacy needs. If you wan a personal touch and quality care this is for you.

all the staff at smiths especially the pharmacists go way beyond bigger drugstores I recently went through a crisis and these people are a true credit to their chosen profession

This store,compared with either Kitchener or Cambridge Walmart, is the cleanest, tidiest, and friendliest place to shop. I may be biased here, but the clientele seems to be more conscientious as well (Mennonite community?). I'm not from St. Jacobs, but I will come from Cambridge to shop here at this Walmart. At any rate, I've never walked in there to find garbage anywhere, and folks seem to have a sense of community pride here and are well-mannered. A very nice shopping experience whenever I go.
