I came in here knowing nothing about tanning. My cousin told me to prep my skin and get a base before our trip to the Bahamas because I always burn! Boy did it help!! This store has something for every bird and bird carer. The proximity to Night Owl is very handy. Whenever I go to the vet I pop down to check out the new toys and stock up on food.

I live in Victoria BC. Year ago my husband happened to have a haircut from Ruchika while we were visiting Our son in WhiteRock. She gave him Best haircut he ever had. After that he has not been to another hair salon . And I started getting my color/ cut / threading/ pedicures etc etc from her as well. Ruchika is such a pleasant person. She really knows her job. I will recommend her any time to anyone.

I finally got around to getting my mid length hair cut off! I was happy to have it done at Zinc as they made me feel at ease with the process. I enjoyed the coffee while I waited for my appointment too! Great hair cut - thanks Allison!!

Great knowledge of their products, and they provided some free samples with my purchase for me to try out.

After having my daughters hair done by a stylist that left her feeling upset and looking ridiculous we called the manager and he was quick to resolve the issue...had her back that day and had it striped out and fixed by another stylist named Ashley....she did an amazing job and we will return to have all our hair needs done by her in the future!!! Huge shout out to the manager for doing what was right!!!

I had to wait a little the first time I was there but it was worth the wait she was very nice and I loved my haircut. I even got my eyebrows threaded for the first time! It was so painful I was screaming but she thought it was hilarious so that made me giggle... So I was screaming and giggling at the same time... my eyebrows looked beautiful after :-)

I’ve gone to very expensive places who don’t cut hair half as well! Kacy’s have the nicest staff, very friendly and a welcoming atmosphere!
