Yaletown Brewing Company was one of the first restaurants involved in the revitalization of Yaletown and the fact that they're still here has got to tell you something. They make good food and, since they are a brew pub, they make great beer. Like all the other Mark James Group restaurants they offer the cheap beer and pizza nights that my family and I enjoy so much but quite often we head here for all the other great items on the menu too! If you can't decide which beer you want to try ask the server for one of their tasting flights where you get four different beers to sample. The location is outstanding and they have a lounge on one side and restaurant on the other so if you just want drinks and appys after work they are a great spot to choose! Last time we were there I had the Jakarta bowl with lamb tenderloin in a soy sauce with peppers and it was outstanding, My folks were with us and they swore by the fish and chips as well. One other cool thing that Yaletown does is if there is a game on at Rogers Arena they offer shuttle service to the game. So go on down to Yaletown Brewing Company and check them out!

You don't want to miss the Happy Hour BBQ course, because it's just that great. I'm not a huge fan of the chicken garlic fried noodles as the pasta was thick, but I do appreciate how the noodles were a little crispy on the outside. Service can be slow but in general the servers I've had have always been nice and willing to help, but because it's often busy, it may take a little bit longer to get you what you need. I used to be a hostess so I know how stressful it can be and they usually don't get as much credit as they deserve. Overall, still the great dine out!

Been a constant customer of Las Margaritas for a few years now, you cant beat their homemade salsa and corn tortilla chips. Stop in for a lime margarita and the LA Burrito - you won't be dissapointed.

We were a party of 14 and sat in the main restaurant area. The service was excellent. We brought our own wine and paid a low corkage fee. No hard liquor allowed of your own! Our host ordered a set menu and additional dishes. All items were prepared well and tasty excellent. My only comment would be there was two times where the individualized food plates came out too soon and I was still working on my previous dish so the table got crowded. There is plenty of free parking in the parkade.

Earl's has consistently good food and service in a fun (legs showing) and comfortable atmosphere. You get great value for your money, and that's why we go back again and again. That and the blondes in heels. This is our favourite Earl's.
Parking is easy in the small free parking lot or in the metered spaces nearby. Love the girls eating there too. Altho I went with my blonde mama

They give awesome service. there's twins that work there. both make our family dining a pleasure. they're both super nice.

I have been to a number of Keg restaurants in Canada and the US and The Keg Granville Island is the best of them all. It has the best food, the best servers, the best ambience. (Not, however, the best service - but great servers.)

We had a lovely table by the window so we had a nice view. Overall ambience is very bright and contemporary. To our benefit the restaurant was not that busy on a weeknight and we parked very close. The service was very good. We enjoyed their daily flatbread special and crab cakes to start. For our mains we went with halibut and osso bucco, both too were very good and cooked just right. And to finish went with a delicious choco molten cake just perfect to share.

The host/waiter Preet is such a polite helpful person. He makes your dining experience even that much better with the unbelievable service. He makes you feel comfortable.

My friend took me here for dinner on Thursday. We weren't too hungry so we had some appetizers instead... I had the tuna (excellent with the zesty sauce) and my friend had the poke. The girls who work at this place are quite visually appealing and I was amused that my friend was able to keep his eyes on me. It can be a little distracting when you're trying to eat ;-) The place was packed, which I guess is a testament to it's quality and presentation.
