Excellent knowledge and customer service. Just can’t say enough good about my Weber Summit purchase experience and the immediate response to hidden damage when the carton was opened at home. The damaged machine was replaced with a fully assembled and tested unit at my home within a few hours. I went to Kaltire today regarding a shakiness with my tires. I thought I just needed a torquing. Good thing the Service Manager Trevor checked thoroughly and discovered that the previous tire place (not Kaltire) hadn’t done a good job to the point my tires could have come off. He balanced and brushed off all the debris and tightened them for no charge. What fantastic service!! Every time I go to this location, I always great treated so well. Feel very grateful!

Saturday, Easter Weekend, covid19, Flat tire! Ughh. BCAA swapped in the spare, we took the flat to Kal Tire. Left it with Justin, they patched it, new valve. When we went back they swapped out the spare.
No charge! Have a good weekend Justin said.
This place used to be a Firestone location. What a RIPOFF and Shitshow that place was...so we were nervous, but desperate.
