Dr. Huynh is not only a great dentist, but an even better person. Personally follows up with phone calls after major procedures and is incredible personable while you're in the office. You don't feel like just another person in the chair and you can tell he and his staff truly care about the patients. The entire staff is amazing and friendly, making the whole experience of "the dentist" as easy as can be. I should've switched dentists to him YEARS ago! Thank you!

Got a call from them stating that my warranty was about to expire and as a service they provide, they would send my hearing aids to the manufacturer to get a full service! I got them back in about 10 days and Allison retested me and ensured they were set up correctly for my current hearing ability. Excellent service! Highly recommended!

We recently put an offer on a house in Sidney, BC, but had some concerns about the perimeter drainage. Ron came out on short notice, and very quickly spotted several problems with the drainage. The owner and operator is super friendly and social. She treats every customer with special care and makes sure they are happy. The owner said she is also an artist and that her job is not just to cut hair buit to design hair so that the customer is more beautiful and happier than before. She said this is what hair design means.
