I was so grateful to Caroline and Katherine today! They both were very knowledgeable and lovely and I got exactly what I needed. We bought lawn soil, $3500 worth, for a brand new build. We planted lawn seed and millions and millions of mushrooms came up. We had also bought planter box soil, but no mushrooms there. That was July...5 calls and manager, Jenta Madsen, finally called back Aug 2nd and agreed to bring 3rd party in to help as it was clearly soil issue. It’s now Oct and she has not refunded our money as promised, no 3rd party has come and she won’t return calls or emails. Worst customer service EVER! Buyer beware

We highly recommend. We had him refinish our existing hardwood floor and install new flooring in the bedroom and foyer to match. The work is flawless and we could not be more pleased with the result. The sanding was absolutely dust free. Mark is all about the quality of the finished product and he is upfront about how much time it will take for him to do the work. He is also a very good communicator and kept us informed of what was being done throughout the job.
