He made recommendations on improving air flow and efficiency that the others did not, and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. I have had the pleasure of dealing with this business for approx 5 years now. The owner/operator has been professional and personable. He has explained in detail what he is planning to do to fix the problem and what i can expect after. As well, he allows you to observe the actual work he does and explains his reasoning and actions if and when i have questions. I would highly recommend this shop and owner for all repairs on all makes he feels he can do to ensure my and your satisfaction.
