A truly enjoyable experience! It took us all of 30mins to decide on leasing our new car v/s the competition. VW’s secret sauce is its people. Yawar, our sales guy, was just amazing. He inspired high trust & comfort, all the while keeping it light & fun with his timely jokes and wit! Highly recommended. Pity we only lease a car once every few years, I’m looking for reasons to go back for more!

Went out shopping yesterday and quickly realized that one of my rear tires was almost flat according to the screen warning. Drove to Mario's garage conveniently located in West Queen West downtown Toronto around 4pm.
Mario kindly accepted my request that late in the day and asked me to leave it with him. I thought it was a nail or something similar but ended up being a faulty valve which he replaced. I've been going there for years because they can be relied on.

TOTAL SATISFACTION! My wife and I were in the market for a smaller second car to replace her 2004 Vibe and we started our search on the net, reviewing, pricing and searching the market. We gathered a few brochures, including a couple from the Milton Kia dealership. This is when we met Juan Carlos and his manager Victor and our first impressions were very positive. These gentlemen were respectful, attentive and genuinely helpful. No pressure, just a smile and a desire to be helpful. In the end, we purchased a Kia Soul at a very good price. I had done my homework and JC and Victor met my price without hesitation. I was impressed, not only with their approach, but with the car I purchased, the 5 year warranty, the 5 year road assistance plan, the free oil changes from Milton Kia for 5 years, the 0% financing and no payments for three months. Additionally, Juan Carlos presented us with a TomTom GPS, a gift from Milton Kia. The whole experience was stress free, unlike some of my earlier purchases. Thanks again JC, Victor and Jean. I look forward to an equally positive relationship with the service staff over the next few years. I have no hesitation in recommending Milton Kia and Juan Carlos in particular to anyone interested in a new vehicle. Time spent at Milton Kia will benefit you whether you purchase from them or not. Sean is an awesome shop owner and mechanic, i brought my 2004 BMW 530i to him, he charges the best prices in Toronto and in my opinion does the best work, i would have paid a couple thousand more at any other shop. I would highly recommend his shop if you are looking for affordability and reliability. He made sure that my vehicle was safe for me and my family and did not cut corners.

I have brought my car here a few times! They do an excellent job for a very fair price. I wouldn't trust my mini with anybody else. They worked tirelessly to figure out what was wrong with my mini as mini oakville refused to give out the computer codes. I would highly recommend this business.
