Bought my truck from Sam the owner. Was a laid back no pressure experience. I picked up the truck and there was a small issue with the TPSM sensor. They helped to resolve it right away. I would and have recommended them for a car or truck purchase. Thanks, Paul S

My daughters car broke down shortly after she moved to the area for school. Kenirys was recommended by someone in the area. They were very helpful and treated her great. I’ve had many cars in my lifetime but hands down this was the best experience I’ve had since my first car when I was 18. Don't they know prices on everything are going up? Why are they still the best repair shop around with their low charges and high quality? Ain't seen a car problem yet that stumps Ed! Both for my '57 Metropolitan and my 2011 Chev HHR!

I don't think you could ever find better service anywhere. I first went to Canadian Tire and had such a back experience that I cancelled my tire order. Went to Niagara Battery & Tire, ordered my tires on Saturday and they arrived Monday morning. Set up a time for my install and everything was super. No hidden costs or add on's like CT.

Majid and Ali at CRS Auto provided me with excellent customer service. I recently purchased a second hand car, and any questions or concerns I had, were quickly and professionally addressed. I called today (Saturday) at 11:00 am to ask if I could bring my car in as my back tire was low. They told me to come in at 11:30. I did that and my tire had a nail in it and they repaired it. I was gone by 12:00. I was thoroughly impressed by the politeness of the staff. I will definitely go there again. Too bad the business name doesn't indicate they do more than just tires. I would have gone there for oil changes, too. Excellent experience and I have already recommended them.

Ian the Service Manager was a great help. I took my 2013 Sportage in with a blown engine and he got it fully covered by warranty and got me a rental so I was not inconvenienced. Great service!!
