I called Jason (owner of shop) about a few concerns I had with my car. He was able to accommodate me the next day, and had my parts ordered and car serviced right after inspection. I didn't have to wait long and my car handled like new when I left. He definitely has his customer's best interest at heart. Mechanics like Jason are really hard to come by. He is super honest and efficient. I recommend Markos Automotive and his bro at Premium Auto Sales in a heartbeat!

Very thankful a friend of mine introduced me to to Tony who owns and operates this shop. This place is top notch nothing but A1 work coming out of here. EXTREMELY HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY. Tony goes above and beyond and to say he is reasonable is an understatement. Tony is incredibly knowledgeable in all mechanical/automotive regards. Contacted this garage in a total panic late on a Saturday afternoon about a problem I was having with rims/tires. The car had been at another garage all morning. They were sympathetic and told me to bring my vehicle by as soon as I could. They totally fixed the problem in just a few hours and at a reasonable price. AMAZING!! I have been coming to Backo for over a decade now. One thing I can say is that they provide a standard beyond commercial shops while being a family run operation. They have helped me so many times with mechanical problems in my BMW without stiffing me on unnecessary costs like the BMW dealership. They fix everything here!
