Washed up at Lou's after the alternator on my truck failed EB on the 401. Carlos and Tony could not have done more. Clearly they were already fully booked, but in order to get me back on the road to Ottawa as quickly as possibl they went over and above. Courteous and competent. The cost was certainly reasonable as well. I cannot say enough in favour of these guys.

When I picked up my 'repaired' car, it obviously has had a
complete and detailed restoration, I am very very very pleased with the extensive repairs, examination of the entire vehicle,
testing of even non- contracted functions, tweaking, tune-ups and
touch ups, throughout.
It is honestly now, as good as 'new'. Thank-you Danny and crew!

Absolutely pleased. Fixed my car dents, rustproofed and other minor repairs so far. Will return for my drive belt replacement as soon as I can afford. Honest, easy to deal with, very practical and reasonable. Will not take your money, if it does not need fixing right now, he is honest and tell you. As a woman this is especially important. Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. We had bodywork done on our car a few months ago. Unfortunately, something rubbed against the car and put a nasty mark on one of the newly painted car doors. We went back to Woodchester Collision and they took 10 mins. and fixed the mark for us, all done with a big smile. Great service - above and beyond. Thoroughly recommend Woodchester Collision.
