My husband and I are from Georgia , our 2015 Impala engine light came on and of course we panicked being here in Canada. We went to the dealer on Upper James and was truly impressed at the fast service and the incredibly knowledgeable wonderful woman at the desk. She gave us directions to places to eat nearby while the car was being serviced asking if we needed a shuttle, also offered us coffee or tea . My husband asked questions which she quickly responded with kindness and actual concern. ty

If you need wheel alignment they do the best alignment with their new wheel alignment station. A real honest mechanic who knows what he is doing. You can always trust Rich to tell it to you straight and help you weigh your options. My friend used to work for Rich which is where I got my initial introduction about 7 years ago, and I have been going to him for maintenance ever since. Highly recommended.
