I’ve had many cars in my lifetime but hands down this was the best experience I’ve had since my first car when I was 18. Don't they know prices on everything are going up? Why are they still the best repair shop around with their low charges and high quality? Ain't seen a car problem yet that stumps Ed! Both for my '57 Metropolitan and my 2011 Chev HHR!

I don't think you could ever find better service anywhere. I first went to Canadian Tire and had such a back experience that I cancelled my tire order. Went to Niagara Battery & Tire, ordered my tires on Saturday and they arrived Monday morning. Set up a time for my install and everything was super. No hidden costs or add on's like CT.

I called today (Saturday) at 11:00 am to ask if I could bring my car in as my back tire was low. They told me to come in at 11:30. I did that and my tire had a nail in it and they repaired it. I was gone by 12:00. I was thoroughly impressed by the politeness of the staff. I will definitely go there again. Too bad the business name doesn't indicate they do more than just tires. I would have gone there for oil changes, too. Excellent experience and I have already recommended them.

Ian the Service Manager was a great help. I took my 2013 Sportage in with a blown engine and he got it fully covered by warranty and got me a rental so I was not inconvenienced. Great service!!
