Impressed that the replacement of my transmission required multiple attempts at no extra cost to me even though it was not the mechanics/shops fault. These guys are amazing- you will feel like you still live in a small town, the way they remember your name and your particular brand of dog food- they even go grab the bag and carry out to your car for you.
