I was looking to redo my kitchen and change the layout of the cabinets/counter. I called a few local countertop companies and came across BC Countertops. Not having any idea what I was doing, they walked me through every step of the design providing pros and cons for each idea I had. My counters were delivered on time, the installer put in a lot of extra effort to make sure everything fit and was installed properly. I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. By that time you are really healthy and wouldn't want to eat junk food as much since the taste is different. Your body will slowly adjust to the good nutritious food.

B&D Montessori has been the most beneficial decisions to our daughters upbringing. The values, lessons, and skills learned during her time there (age 3-5) have made our little girl more confident in her practical skills as well as being advanced in the beginning stages of her primary learning.
