On the busiest of days, two days after X-mas, I came in and was attended to immediately who was able to go right to the last item, a specific TV, and rung it up..... and delivered it to my car at the far end of the parking lot; all with the greatest cheer. I was at the Westbank location on December 20th, from the start Elke provided genuinely warm & professional customer service. While there an unexpected personal matter/phone call happened, she remained calm (I was in a full panic) & had a unique way of providing comfort and empathy at a time I needed it most. Her customer service alone stood out, however her kindness & genuine care is something I will never forget. Thank you Elke, I won't forget your kindness & wish you so much in return :)
