I've been a regular customer with Ray for 10+ years. I've referred many friends to him and none has any complaint and yet they all gave good comments about him. I had been experiencing issues with my BMW 328I for a couple of years. It was to the point that I was ready to sell it after repeated visits to a number of mechanics in the area who could not diagnose or fix the problems.
