Bought a used car that needed some repairs. Whiterock Automotive was recommended by some of my co workers so, I called and booked in for service. John and his team were excellent. After the inspection all concerns were clearly communicated. John listed repairs in priority order and I appreciated that they were honest about what needed to be fixed and what could wait. Always fair with mechanic rates and prices on parts. I only trust John and his team with the care of my car.

A good mechanic is more valuable than gold. Werner is priceless. We have been taking ALL of our family's car's to him and his team. 3 generations of us. He is busy beyond busy and STILL made our 911 life work today. His wisdom is priceless. As is his front end, Amber. A Ford service dealer had flagged the need to replace the brake pads of my Ford F 350 tow truck. I made an appointment with Budget Brake & Muffler in Coquitlam, BC to replace my brake pads before embarking on a RV trip. I was pleasantly surprised when John Sinkie told me that my brakes were good for another 20,000 k’s & did not need replacing at this time. I find this honesty refreshing & rare. I will be using Budget Brake in Coquitlam for the service needs of all my vehicles. Well done John.

My dad and girlfriend have had repairs done there , they went above and beyond . My dad had is vehicle fixed and they located a used computer board used as saved him literally hundreds of dollars , my girlfriend is also very impressed . very fair and professional.

Stumbled upon this shop as i was looking for a place to get my car fixed. They were ICBC accredited and the staff was really nice and helpful so i decided to use them. No pain, leave the car take their courtesy car and got a call back within a week to pick up. Everything was fixed like brand new and car was back to 100%!

Sall's very knowledgeable and experienced. A very busy place, small setup allowing max 2 cars to be serviced at a time. However, he spares time to explain the problem, gives you options and recommendations. I got my tires replaced and also fixed my door lock, both jobs well done
