My car broke down here while I was vacationing at the Falls from Iowa, USA. I was so nervous to take my car to some mechanic that would charge an exuberant amount. I was immediately put at ease at McLeods. They explained to me what exactly they were doing and showed me the price beforehand. Not to mention they were so friendly and their customers that day were locals and that says a lot. I would recommend McLeods in a heartbeat!

My husband and I had the pleasure of dealing with Josh at Performance Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM FIAT. From start to finish the experience was outstanding. My husband and I are from Georgia , our 2015 Impala engine light came on and of course we panicked being here in Canada. We went to the dealer on Upper James and was truly impressed at the fast service and the incredibly knowledgeable wonderful woman at the desk. She gave us directions to places to eat nearby while the car was being serviced asking if we needed a shuttle, also offered us coffee or tea . My husband asked questions which she quickly responded with kindness and actual concern. ty
