This place is easy to miss because its not showy but what a great find. I love the staff and the services. I feel very relaxed and cared for at Body Sense. I rebook my appointments so that I don't have trouble getting in because the girls offer such great services they book up quickly, this is definitely is not the place to walk into and expect to get in that day. I highly recommend paying the store a visit!

I had a job for two trees in my backyard. While one had to be cut, another needed to be saved as it was tilted towards my neighbor's yard. All the other companies wanted to cut the tilted tree. These guys however gave me quality advice (which counts for a lot) and used an alternative to try and correct the tree - used a powerful cobra cable to stabilize it - effectively saving it. I was so happy that they saved it. Very good quality work for both the cut tree and the stabilized one (they managed to bring it back to its normal position) - and they had the lowest price out of all the 5 companies that gave me a quote!

Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. Great service with very nice waitress. My first time experiencing British pub fare so I didn't know what to expect. Nachos were quite good, and although the Steak & Mushroom pie was nothing like I expected (first time trying a non desert pie), it was still quite tasty. Great atmosphere and quick service. Would go back again & would recommend.

Great new eco store on James St South Hamilton. The owner was very helpful and I was very impressed with the bulk refill station they have. They will refill your empty containers with eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap and softener, they even have bulk bubble bath and the prices are great.

I JUST HAD BOB IN TO INSTALL A WATER SOFTENER. HE DID AN AMAZING JOB. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. WHEN COMPLETED HE CLEANED UP HIS WORK AREA. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE HIM AGAIN. GOOD JOB BOB!!

This place was really cool. It's a giant CrossFit place with tons of unique equipment and ideas as well as an entire side for boxing. Everytime I come in I'm working with a trainer so I like that. The people are really friendly and they know their stuff!

A few years ago I had injured my lower back playing hockey. I could barely walk and after seeing my Doctor, who prescribed me pain killers and anti inflammatory meds, I was seeing no progress. I was referred to Dr.Elkin who after an initial examination which included a scan and ex-ray began my treatment. Within two weeks of treatment I was able to run again and had no set backs. I continued to see him on a regular basis and have always benefited from the treatment and conversation. I would strongly recommend his services to all .

Bikram is one of my favorite types of yoga to practice - i love that the heat is usually very high in these classes and it is always an intense workout. bring a large towel - and lots of water!!!

It was Wednesday and I was looking for something to eat for lunch, i saw Downtown Cafe while i was strolling around and decided to get their food special , which had been the Roast beef on a bun. The total came close to $10 with the drink, a pretty pricey meal for a coffee shop. However after biting down on the bun i was amazed by the taste. from the first bite to the last i enjoyed it and it was very delicious and i would proudly go back there again.
