All the teachers at Yoga Tree are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I have gained a thorough knowledge of anatomy as well as the philosophy of yoga through the classes I have taken at the studio. I especially enjoy Jason's class, which has given me a new sense of freedom in breathing and movement in every aspect of my life, and has given me an extra dose of in-depth knowledge on how our minds and bodies work.
It's great how they are open minded about the various traditions of yoga and offer Hot Yoga, Hatha, Ashtanga, Restorative, Iyengar and Kripalu. This was great when I first started yoga and didn't know what style of yoga I would like.

Enjoyed the spacious suites ...a few dollars more than a regular room was worth every penny. Very comfortable bedding , fully equipped kitchens and great service made me feel completely at home.

Since starting hypnosis, I’ve noticed that I am more focused in my day to day activities. I am mindful of my eating choices. I’ve cut out coffee, sodas & snacks. I am already down a clothing size after 6 weeks. At a recent conference, instead of my usual anxieties & negative self judgements, I was able to just focus on being interested in others.
